Mara Headed to Security in the Airport

Well its been an eventful day, but it still doesn't feel real. I don't think that I feel as nervous or scared anymore but I'm not sure. Its a long way from home so it will be very new.
The flights were fine and I did sleep a little, but now I am having a lot of trouble with my contacts, oh well.
I guess that maybe if the card is still valid I can use it on my return home when I get to the US, unless the flights are just as close. I almost didn't make it to the one for Mexico. The gate was all the way on the other side of the airport, it was frustrating, but not as bad as Chicago.
Love you dad, I will try not to worry, tell everyone I arrived safetly.

Yes there was no way for me to call, perhaps if the card is still valid I can use it in 18 months. (Weird)
Thanks for the welcome, I'm still a little scared but I don't know if its just because I'm tierd and my contacts are not working if its because I should be scared, oh well.
The flights were fine, I slept a little which was nice. I'm scared and its just the first day.
